Well I'm back, picked up my white S10 yesterday. I'm glad I found one only a couple hours away from me but I will never go back to Central Florida Powersports again. Worst buying experience I've ever had. I'll post some pics later when I get home from work.

I got there at 10am checked out the bike and noticed the aux lights would go on with the key off. Being the cynic I am I asked to fix them so they would only work with the key in the on position. Salesman tells me 1 hour and no charge to change it. Well 5 hours later after I signed all the paperwork they charged me $80 bucks.

Well that's not cool, congrats on the bike though. On the $80 I'd call the sales manager and see if he'd take care of it, his name is Jason Ennis a fellow tenere owner.

They called me back today and said they weren't going to charge me , so all is well in the world and I'm no longer angry. Looking forward to Monday so I can get some miles on it. ::001::

Sorry Ken I'm out for Monday unless we can do a late start. I was supposed to pick up my bike from the first service today and I got stuck working late. So I can't grab it until Monday morning.

Not as bad as this...

Champions Honda Cocoa, Fl ...left the front wheel loose on my new KLR & could have killed me!!!

I bought a 2013 KLR from them last month. I rode the bike from the east coast leaving their dealership, 162 miles to my garage. Heard a squeak when I got home & inspected. One pinch bolt rattled itself out missing. The pinch bolt next to the missing one was totally loose. The axle nut was loose. The speedo cable was loose. The only thing keeping the front wheel on was that the other fork leg pinch bolts were snug.

Holy Smokes Joe!! Glad you are OK. I had a similar experience from a local Yami dealer in PH but I'd only driven about 8 miles.

Wow, That's nuts. Glad you didn't lose the wheel.

Congrats, I have heard they are a pain to deal with. I bought mine thru St. John's Powersports in Palatka.

That's funny, they left the brake wire disconnected on the klr I bought from them.
