looking for a good bike cover

Hello to all
I'm looking to replace my cover for my S10. Wanting something 100 percent waterproof, and one that packs "small". Any suggestions would be great!

I got this one: https://www.nelsonrigg.com/covers/falcon-defender-2000-cover4456-detail.html in XL, it will cover even with a top box installed. I haven't tested the "waterproof-ness" claim yet though.

If left outside, I've seen them catch wind and knock a bike over.
