Guys, I have developed a brand new tool for your front axles. It is designed to work with either my 46 Piece Adventure Roll and/or my Sprocket Socket Axle Wrench Sets. It is very compact and will fit into one of the slots in your RRR Tool Roll. I'll have photos and product ready to ship on Friday.

There are only 10 total. Two of these are spoken for. I will offer the first ones to those of you that have already purchased one of my Roll Kits. The rest are open to purchase.

I would like that you give me your review opinions and feedback upon receipt. Based on your feedback, I'll either drop them or take them into full production.

The 8 Axle Drivers are full production models - not prototypes. We've made these on the same CNC machines that will make the next 100 or 1,000. These are milled from high-strength steel and Black Oxide coated for durability. These Axle Drivers have a unique feature that similar tools do not - my Axle Driver will put the wrench immediately next to the load. The flaw with those "universal one fits all" and the use of extensions is that the turning force is almost always 1 to 3 inches away from the load. These ill-fitting applications generate side loading and expend energy trying to bend instead of rotate. By placing the wrench at or near the load center, rotational efficiency is increased.

Pricing for these first ones will be $16 + $6 shipping if shipped by themselves. If combined with other items for an order of $50 or more, I'll ship free if you'll use Coupon FREESHIP.

Best Regards, Gordon

Gordon,
I'm not a customer of yours (just found your website) but I'd love to take your offer. I'll look at your website more closely by friday and see what else I want to add if I'm selected...or even if not selected. Thanks!

Hi Gordon,

Would love to have one. I am a customer although I have not received my toolkit yet (should be delivered this week).
It is not listed on your website, how do I have to proceed to place the order?

Thank you

Fred, Charlie, you're both in. Chuck, you're #1 on the "availability list" (subject to prior sale to customers having the 46 Piece or SSAWS)

I posted this early so that I could give those customers who have made purchases of the 46 Piece or Sprocket Socket Axle Wrench Sets first opportunity.

This Axle Driver will work without the other mentioned tool sets, but I did design them to be a perfect "Super Tenere Option" when buying either/both of the other kits.

We'll see how the reviews go and we'll be able to react quickly if customers like them.

Again guys, I really appreciate the reception and support of this group. For a new guy on the block, you fellas have rocked the RRR Tools business. Gordon/RTS

Andrew, you are the reason there are only 8 are available - you're covered and it's free along with the shipping. It was your question that made me take a look and find a better solution.

Again, I thank you. Gordon

if you're looking for more willing bodies,
winter is coming and I will be bored.

I can even do a quick write up on my blog (https://thetenerist.wordpress.com/)
I'll be pulling the front end apart, so will need the use of the tool.

Without a picture, I'm struggling to see how this is different from the spark plug socket that I stick an extension into and use from the hex side? I appreciate the effort but the spark plug tool is the same one I use for my plugs thus killing two birds with one socket, so to speak.

Guys, they are here and ready to go. I've just added pics and can start shipping today. If you are buying one of my kits or have already bought one and want one of these, send me an email or message and I'll handle the order manually with a mail or phone call.

I can't control who these go to once I put them on the store, so I will handle those orders for the 8 I have available manually.

I'm very happy with them and as the photos show - they are super compact and they are a perfect fit for the Tenere, but I added what I'll call a double-width of 17mm so these would fit my Honda ST1300 and likely dozens more models. I need some spies to go measuring!

Thanks Again, Gordon

Posting the photos again -

Hi Charlie, David, Chuck, Bill, Greg, Off Camber, please go to the site and place your orders. I have the item set-up and it's supposed to charge you $6 for shipping of the Axle Driver.

As most of you know, this site is brand new and I'm still learning how to use it (more like what not to do).......If you are charged anything for shipping on orders over $50 or if the shipping is more than my agreed $6 charge - I will refund any/all differences. Please report any problems you have so I can get the developers to help me fix the product set-up.

Thanks and Best Regards, Gordon

Guys, let me have your feedback on the new Axle Driver tool for your Tenere front axles.

Are they a Go or Bust?

Thanks, Gordon
