Spare set of levers (clutch and brake) - ebay shorties for $20 or so - unprotected levers will bend/ break in a droop
Spare shift rod - p/n 2GV-18115-00-00 - easy to carry, designed to break in a drop to protect other parts in the linkage (it's knurled for this reason).
Only half joking: an extra cooling fan - used FJR fan from ebay for ~$50. If you drop on the left side you risk wedging the fan into the radiator, which means the fan can't spin, which means no cooling. Worse, if you don't remove the fuse or free the fan by bending the brackets out before getting hot, your fan will be destroyed a few seconds after the bike tries to turn it on.
I carry a small tool for wiring things back together -

I also have a few feet of duct tape wrapped around my water bottle - not only a cache of duct tape, but also makes my cup fit snuggly on the end of the bottle.
A small vice-grip can act as an emergency shift lever, handle, clamp, clutch or brake lever extension, extra hand, etc. JB weld for cracked covers and oil pan.
If you're going to be far from civilization, it's not practical to do major repairs - just keep yourself limping towards civilization (where that CC works!). I might worry more about carrying a SPOT, water, food, basic medical stuff - maybe something to use as a splint/ cane/ jack. Leaking seals can leak a LONG time before they need fluid added, and adding fluid re-sets the clock. It's messy.
