I sent a letter to Yamaha UK regarding the ecu reflash and they have replied - they state that any unofficial modification may effect the warranty. More or less what i expected. Not to worry though. I still intend to get the reflash done sooner or later.

Well be sure to wait for payday. Let's not get all crazy and start 'walking the streets for money' just to get an ECU flash. ::013:: J/k

Quick question for the UK lads. Who did you use for posting and what value insurance did you specify?
Off road send you a label, you print it of and take it to the post office, they cover postage&insurance in the price.
