I'm pretty sure these are the same lenses I found. They fit well, but not perfectly. The shape is just slightly off so that the edge/lip of the lens doesn't seat perfectly in the black housing. It's a minor issue and it's hard to see unless you really look closely.
I guess Yamaha really did change the signals ever so slightly between the years/models. What is the Clear Alternatives part number that actually fits properly?

Any chance you could post some pics of the difference in shape/fit? I do think those have a cooler looking "lens" than the ones that actually "fit" the S10.

motolume has 2 different lenses for the S10.
A USA version and a European version...
I wouldn't think they would be different.
Can anyone confirm it?

Here's the Euro lens...

I have a feeling they are the same ones Thunderpig has on his bike. It appears Yamaha has 2 different signals that look almost identical. Those you posted look slightly less tall and less "tear drop" than the stock Tenere US spec signals.

Yeah, I'll try to get them up either Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks! I REALLY appreciate it. I ordered the LED bulbs already but they won't do me much good without the lens!

Here are some pictures but, as you can see, the mismatch isn't very dramatic. It's just not a perfect fit.

Wow, I would just chock that up to "aftermarket fitment". Do you have the link to where you got them?

The misfit is pretty minor but it is definitely a misfit because the gap is exactly the same on both lenses. i got it from this guy but I don't see that has has any listed right now. You might contact him.

Re-reading your posts...does this lens screw in like the factory? Or did you wind up with silicone or something?

it does screw in like the factory and no I didn't use silicone. I thought about sealing it but felt that any leakage would just be a seep around the edge and would drain through the housing drain hole.

A couple of people have had fitment issues with some lens brands.
A strip of black electrical tape inside the housing (the black housing) seems to have corrected this by making it tighter once screwed in place.

Any chance you have the part number from the lens you have? If they are in fact the CTS-0066 I think I can live with that misfit.

Does anyone know where in North American we can even get the clear lenses?

I don't have the part number but here's the description that I used to cross-reference other parts catalogues and then decided that these were the same or pretty close. Like I said before, they ended up being pretty close.
