kappa crash guards

Haven't seen many posts on this specific brand. Purchased this set from tour and ride for $125 with fres shipping. Install was easy with the exception of enlarging the hole on the cross bracket by the brake lines. We'll see how they hold up. I like how the engine brackets mount to both frame and engine bolts.

Your "Kappa" guards look exactly like the GIVI guards that are mounted on both my son's and my own Super Tenere's.

Same basic product, same company. Givi is the premium brand and Kappa is the value brand. Usually Givi badged products have special touches like extra trim, color matched, or other features to separate them from the cheaper Kappa branded stuff

I might be wrong but that's what we know and think (here in Italy ) about Kappa...
Basically being Kappa the initial of Givi' son (it could be the daughter though...) Givi AND Kappa are almost the same products, they look very similar too.
Both are made in Italy and are good products too.
On my Tenere I have crash bar, fog lights and the trio of luggage all by Givi, being Italian it was a good compromise between quality and money.
All this long post just to say that you can happily buy Kappa products and not to worry about them, they are good anyway....

They are simply better finished off...
That is the reason of a slightly lower price...

yeah, I was kinda shocked by the price.

some of the welds and seams aren't perfect but the powder coat is quite good. The real test will be when I drop the bike...
