Deal is done! Finally made a deal I'm happy with (and so is the dealer). ;D Hopefully I will have enough time after work tomorrow to go by the dealer and pick up my bike! I only had time today to finish the deal and sign contract, then back to work. Got to pay for the bike somehow, right? I'm pretty happy, and looking forward to a couple of days of "break-in rides" this weekend. I know there is a wealth of knowledge shared here about ways to improve this already great bike. I am curious, what do you all think should be the top five additions to my new Tenere? Skid plate first? I look forward to your thoughtful suggestions! And yes, I will post some pics as soon as I actually have the bike at my home! ::001::

What year did you get? For me the flash and shock transformed this bike. If your going to take it beyond maintained dirt roads, you will want skid plate and crash bars. Panniers are just a given and then lighting. Enjoy farkling, and congratulations on the new machine, she will grow on you.
