You can either find a vendor at arally that will do the mold of your ear canal or go to a local hearing aid dealer and spend around $35 for a custom mold and mail that to the vendor.
You will save a few bucks by finding a vendor at an event. Also ask for a custom cord at 18" at the "Y" in the plugs which is a good length for a Sena headset. -JEP-

3 guys in our group ran 20s last year and did good with them most of the time. I like being able to listen to music on my phone, take calls without removing helmet at gas stations (Siri, call my wife), hear gps instructions from the phone when programmed, and also intercom communication with the other guys in the group. The intercom was the only thing that was a little sketchy, sometimes awesome range, other times, I could talk to one in the group and not both. I thought perhaps it was my error, so we will do all the updates and repair them before this year's big trip.

My 20s has always been rock solid. My wife has the SMH 10 in her helmet. She rides pillion so range hasn't been an issue. If she gets her license I'll probably look at a 20s for her. My 10u has been more of a disappointment, but I refuse to give up on it because it's integrated in the helmet with nothing to catch on. I like the stealth factor. That said, it will not pair with a Garmin 665lm. Which irritated me so bad I sold the Garmin unit. 20S worked, most of the time. Occasionally had to reset the Garmin to get it to connect with A2DP. I've given up on that and just listen to Google play music through my phone. Audio quality is great, although I hear they've come out with upgraded headphones that have better bass response.
Just started using the 10u here as well. Sound seems better than the SMH10's I've been using and I like that it can play FM stations. Clever design that works so well in a Neotec or GTAir. The boom mic always seemed to irritate me. Have not tried to pair this up with anything other than my android so far so good. Also have a SM10 that I need to try. I hook it up to a modified Garmin 2797 when I want a gps. Amazed at how much quieter the Neotec is than my RX-Q.

Love my 20s, my wife has a BILT helmet with Bluetooth, and we have no issues with intercom, and all calls and media, if your looking for the best Bluetooth unit on the market, the Sena 20s is it.
