For the month of July, Twisted Throttle is giving away an SW-MOTECH Vibration-Damped Quick Release GPS Holder!

Check out more info on TT's product page: http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/6228/821/

Contest Rules:

1. In order to be entered in the July giveaway, you must use the below submission form. What you are doing by using this form is signing up for Twisted Throttle's (TT's) email list. If you are already signed up for Twisted Throttle's list don't worry, you can still submit the form. For those who are submitting for the first time you will not be signed up for TT's email list until after the month of June when the giveaway has ended. Once you're added to the actual email list and receiving emails, you can choose to opt out if you no longer wish to receive mailings. For reference, here is a link to TT's privacy policy that explains all the nitty gritty details about their usage of your email address: http://www.twistedthrottle.com/article/static/75/1/5/

2. This month there is no restriction on who can signup and be registered. If you're on the site viewing this posting that's good enough, you don't have to be a registered member to enter yourself, but if you are a registered member please specify your forum user name so we can recognize you on the site if you win the prize.

3. One winner will be selected from all the entrants. TT is taking care of selecting the winners, all I know is it's random. Sucking up to Venture will get you nowhere. :D

4. The winners will be announced at the beginning of each month.

5. Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.

6. Each month a new raffle will be started for a new prize. To be eligible you must enter each month.

7. Shipping of the prize is included if you're from the US. International winners will have to pay for international shipping and any import duties on their own dime.

That should pretty much do it. If anybody has questions about the rules just post right in this thread.

Here's the submission form, good luck everybody!

EDIT 8/1/2011: July is over! The winner will be announced shortly!

Hey Kevin, I figure this mount is for the Zumo, but will it also hold the new Montana?
Actually, This was designed to be a universal mount. it has the AMPS mount pattern that is fairly common. I took a look at the Garmin AMPS Rugged Mount with Power/Audio Cable for Montana Series and clearly as the name would lead you to believe this too has the AMPS mounting pattern. You can see what the pattern looks like in this picture:

If you want a better look at the mount and how it works look at the installation instructions here: http://www.twistedthrottle.com/filemanager/download/3242/

Imagine you are in front of the bike when looking at this picture. This bracket mounts under the windshield. Notice the AMPS holes on the quick release element.

I've got a Zumo 665 with XM service. Looking for options to mount the antenna.

Do you think that this will work with your cradle?

http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/5504?

It doesn't seem to me to be enough space between the mount and the windscreen. Another option is to RAM mount the antenna to the brake or clutch reservoir. Thanks!
I'm pretty sure it would. The AMPS pattern is there. The the ben pushes the Antenna away from the GPS and there shouldn't be any clearance issues.

I just went down and measured the item for you.

The plate which mounts behind the GPS is 2.75" tall and the angle of the bend is 60°

I hope this helps.

Thanks for doing that Kev, It does help and I will get it on order. James

Also, do you know if the Footpeg Clamps

http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/4665

fit the OEM engine guards for the Super Ten? I'm wanting to order them with the MFW master grip Pegs in black. Thanks!! James

I believe they do. These clamps are suitable for bars between 0.85" (21mm) to 1.125" (28mm) in diameter. They appear to be in the neighborhood of the SW-MOTECH bars and I know these fit well on those.
