Jesse Luggage top box 45 lt

Just recieved a top box from Jesse luggage. It came with a some hard ware that has me a bit puzzled. They also did not send any installation instructions. Rather I had an email sent me about mounting the rear rack. Anyone have one of these on their Tenere's? It is a nice box and the price right but I am not sure if all of the hardware is to be put to use. There are 4 large washers that are machined for countersinking but the other four are not, but all of my hex bolts are are for counter sinking. Except the bolts for the actual rear rack. No one likes to pick up the phone there at Jesse so I thought id try here.

It was the same story when mine showed up. I will snap some pictures when I get home. I am pretty sure I didn't do it as he intended, but my my used a lot less hardware and "layers". I have had it fully loaded, it hasn't broken yet.

Thanks gbergma1, I got her on already after talking a minute with Jesse ,they called me back. It would behoove them to put some paper instructions though, Ill take a photo and put it on the show us your panniers section of modifications.

Photos below. The foam is cover the hardware just in case I toss my helmet in upside down. The big black rectangle on the bottom is just a non-slip PSA. It has been fine for over 10,000 miles.
