Got the call last evening to pick up MY Tenere from the shop. I bought the demo model, and will have the luggage added for free! Now to call in sick and go for a ride! No more unsupervised weekend visits, she stays home!!! ::015:: I think the MZ Baghira will see a few less miles now!

I live here in Killeen, I got the Blue Tenere that Texas Motorsports was given from yamaha for the demo rides.

Just saw that you're also into photography. We'll have to meet up some time for some ride & shoots! Still haven't gotten a good rig to put the DSLR on the bike. I'm liking the shadow-boxed Pelican on rear-rack route.

I love photgraphy, infact, that is why the Tenere is in the garage. I will be modifing the yamaha luggage, and really all that is going to entail is getting photography foam like in the pelecan for the back trunk and side bags. That way I can carry what I want to these back areas that I want to shoot. I may get a seperate pelican case for the rack where the back seat is. That is a the plan any way.

There are some way insane back roads on the back side of enchanted rock, as well as Mason texas. I plan on burning up some serious battery juice and fuel in those areas!

If you guys get the chance come up for our ride on June 8th weekend. We will ride around some great places along the Ozark Mountains. Tobasco is going to be coming up from Dallas.

Well I will look art getting something together for later this fall (September. In the meantime protondecay123, I will be in the Dallas area on the 30th of june for a photo shoot at a winery. And since you asked for a few pics of the loved one...

I talked to Jaxon today and he mentioned something about going to Big Bend this fall, maybe around early November. I will definitely be heading south of the Red River for that one if at all possible. When I was at A&M one of my roomies was doing a PhD in Geology and he went out to Big Bend and Enchanted Rock a lot. I never could work out a trip to Big Bend with him. He always camped at a camp ground that was a short walk from a Hot Spring. He would hike all day studying rocks and drink a cold one and relax in a Hot Spring at the end of the day. I've thought about Big Bend National Park a lot over the years and never made it down there.
