Issues in high RPM

My Super Tenere 1200 started to fail at high rpm, I changed the spark plugs, changed the coils, changed the air filter, changed the fuel pump and even washed and calibrated the injectors and the injection ruler! the problem remains the same!... need help please

Are you encountering the rev limiter? These are not high RPM engines. More detail about what you're experiencing and at what RPM would be a lot more helpful.

I thought about that too . . . . but surely not. (of course, 7,500 is pretty low)

What is it specifically doing at what RPM?

While i start the bike in the morning she is ok, when i start to ride the RPMs on any gear dont go much and the bike sounds like fuel pump issue, i changed everything but still the same

I know these engines are absolutely bulletproof, however metallurgy is metallurgy, And if you have not yet adjusted the valves that is where I would look because it sounds like they’re too tight. Good news is once you’ve done that adjustment on one of these engines post 30,000 miles they generally won’t need one for like another 30,000. A lot of people report that after the first valid adjustment every subsequent one finds them in spec up to 100,000 miles..

I don’t know if my flash changed my revlimiter but I’ve hit 8k and never hit it. Mine valves were allegedly in spec at 24 and 70k miles. Dealer didn’t give specs and the other one gave me specs for one cylinder. I found numerous screws loose and washers missing.
