Since it uses Google earth, you can easily add roads less travelled. Hopefully other will add routes as well.

BMW Ultimate Drive iOS and Android app leads you to twisty roads and driving friends
BMW Group Financial Services has release The Ultimate Drive, an iOS and Android app for passionate drivers. The app is designed to help drivers discover the best and most challenging roads for both long trips and day trips in more than 50 countries. It also has social navigation features that let drivers rank, comment and share the roads they drive and discover using various forms of social media. App features include:
-Find excellent roads for day trips or long drives
-Add your favorite roads in minutes
-Rate or comment on existing roads
-Show off your BMW or other vehicles by taking a picture for your profile
-Post your favorite roads on Facebook
-Email directions to friends with iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches, Android -Smartphones or even standalone GPS devices
BMW says future versions of the app will include the ability for BMW Financial Service customers to accumulate points in order to achieve rankings. The free app, powered by technology from San Francisco-based SocialNav, Inc., is branded for BMW owners but can be used by any driving enthusiast. Similar versions of the app are currently under development for BMW's MINI Motoring and Motorrad brands and are scheduled to be available in the near future.
