IBR Tenere assitance needed - The non-chat thread

Thought I'd post this on the big board.
Another member has posted it on the Iron Butt Rally thread but I'm hoping it'd get more exposure here.


Felipe Salman needs a windscreen for a 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere. If anyone has these items, is willing to loan them to an IBR rider, and can get them to the Checkpoint in Allen, Texas, it would be most appreciated.

IBR Super Tenere rider needs a loan on windscreen

There a couple of S10's in this year's Iron Butt Rally and they are converging on Allen Texas tonight as one of their mandatory checkpoints. The was a posting this morning that Felipe Salman needs a windscreen for a 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere. Can anyone assist not sure where to post this but wanted to see if anyone could help a S10 rider out.

Tenere riders need assistance 06-29-17Iron Butt Rally Checkpoint 1 Allen, Texas

Any Tenere riders in the immediate vicinity of Allen, Texas?

We have a couple from the UK riding in the Iron Butt Rally that has had a serious issue with a failed part on their Super Tenere near the IBR Checkpoint at the Courtyard by Marriott Allen, Texas at the John Q Hammond Center.

We are currently trying to get the bike collected and returned to the hotel. If you might be willing and able to assist, please contact me at harrison@ironbutt.com
