That is a good price. I have a Two Brothers that just repacked and it still is pretty loud. Have you heard how loud the Yosh pipe is on a S10?

I watched a couple of those vids on Youtube, it didn't seem to be too bad, Yoshimura site lists it as non street legal though. I'm going to see if I can set it up without the additional bracket so that it sits a little higher too, we'll see how that works out.

Careful how you position it other than the way Yoshi suggest .... it'll end up nuking your flasher and the plate hanger.

Yes, I know that I've got to be careful to get the exhaust gases pointed away from those vulnerable items, I'm just hoping to get it tucked up a little higher, it might well be an exercise in futility

I installed one in April and it did end up melting my plate holder a bit. Pretty minimal but the red reflector didn't make the first test ride so I removed the bracket for the reflectors and drilled the plate holder to mount the plate directly to the plastic. I am thinking about adding some aluminum heat wrap to the edge of the plastic to see if it will dissipate the heat. Not sure if it will help but it works on the muffler shield so in theory it should??? Stay tuned. The RS4 is not loud IMHO and I like quiet mufflers. Gives a nice deep mellow sound with some sweet decel pops. ::008:: The decel pops will most likely be reduced once I change the CO's to 6 or so. I am planning that this weekend.

Mine arrived the night before the Southeastern Rally. I installed it in about 30 mins and I really like how it improves the exhaust note, certainly not crazy loud, overall I'm really happy with it

I'm looking into buying an RS4 but am curious about how often it needs to be repacked? Does it come with instructions for repacking?

3k miles with the RS4 so far and my rear fender is melting quite a bit. I picked up some heat shield from Autozone yesterday and will try to stop the damage from progressing. Pictures later tonight. Anyone else having this problem?

I can't imagine why you would need to modify anything, the RS-4 is smaller than the stock can and mounts to the same hole in the frame. I don't know how the Givi pannier brackets mount, what is the issue
