Howdy from Calgary

New member. Although I ride a Multistrada, I love the Super Tenere and expect to pick one up over the coming year. My first encounter with the Super Tenere was when I met Nick Sanders in Northeast BC. He had just finished his record-breaking Pan American Double and was hot-footing it back to Toronto. ... That's virtually all the way across Canada, after just completing A nearly 50,000 km ride in one go!! Absolutely amazing. The bike looked like sh*!, with a bad drive seal; oil all over and tires draped over the whole front end. But what a ride! Given the challenge, I was really impressed by that bike!

Got back to Calgary, only to find an old friend had just taken delivery of his new Super Tenere (hi Cam!). What a pretty machine. Anyway, glad to be here.

He currently has my Tenere in his garage, as well. Anyway, welcome aboard. Let us know when you make the plunge. YOu know you will.
