How to attach stufff to the farkle bar?

I have a Touratech adjustable windshield mount, and my considerable Google-fu has failed to reveal to me where to get/what to buy re: clamps and mounts that are set up for the diameter of that cross bar thingy. I'm sure I'm just being an idiot, so if someone could just post a link or three I'd appreciate it.

This is one example of some GPS mounts that have the 1/2" mounts for that bar. it's not at common as others I have found. Look at the various pictures which will show backside of the unit and the mount configuration. I think RAM makes some spacers that fit in their U bolts that are supposed to work for 1/2" bars but I have not had good luck with them holding tight. YMMV

Thanks for that...I looked there a couple times, not sure how I missed those. On a side note, yikes Touratech is proud of their stuff. $180 for a GPS mount Ouch.

There are tons of universal mounts and some meant for bikes. You can attach anything to anything with those. You can buy them in a set or just peaces you want.

A coworker welded a 1/2" collar to the bottom of a Ram Mount magnetic base for my radar detector, I drilled and tapped (1/4-20 in drill press) a collar with a Ram Mount ball for my GPS.

There is a regular RAM mount available for 1/2" bars that works just fine and with vibrations or shifting around
