How do you protect the coil packs and ABS from water ingress and corrosion?

Having read about the coil pack corrosion and ABS units that suffer from water being kicked up from the rear wheel over time how do you protect against this. E.g. Can you easily spray ACF-50 over the areas. Do you have to lift the tank to get at the coils just to spray over them without lifting them. Thanks, I don,t really want to have to lift them each year.. or now but would a spray over the area help as I am riding In a lot of rain at the moment with a brand new bike.
