How come these bar risers don't need modification?

How come the Monta bar riser don't need extra hardware like the Helibar ones?

Spoke to HeliBar and I got the answer.
“The product we make for the Super Tenere has a rearward offset of 38mm whereas the Motea riser you linked to is only a 25mm rearward offset. A small extension of the line was required to get the maximum rearward reach possible.”
