Home Page Changes - Grouping Recent Topics

I made some changes to the Site's home page. I "grouped" the various new topics into 3 main groups:

1. Super Tenere Discussion - discussion specific to the ST
2. General Discussion - More generic type of topics, like member intros, other bikes discussion, the Lounge, etc.
3. Regional Discussions - All regional forum topics go in this group

My thoughts are that this will make it easier to see at a glance what's new and to make it easier to find new topics if you visit often. The Regional discussion group I think is especially important so that the regional topics like rides, etc, don't lose "air time" too quickly on the main page.

I'm open to feedback, good or bad. Let me know how you guys feel about the changes.
