I just picked up a beautiful blue Super Tenere this morning to replace my crashed BMW F650GS.

I wanted to make sure that I could accompany my husband, Twisties, to the First North American Super Tenere Gathering in Whitehorse in a few weeks. ::001::

I should add that Twisted Throttle, Al Jesse, Tech Spec, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC and Powerlet all rose to the occasion to expedite my orders for accessories which should all arrive next week. ::012:: I'm pretty jazzed about this and looking forward to the ride. ::015::

Welcome, Ms. Bullett ...... Looking fard to having you here with Mr. Bullett. You don't have all that far to come, but it should be a good trip. I heard the Alaska Highway washed out today down around Swift River. Should have it fixed soon. Lots of rain up this way. R ::001::

Oh, and congrats on the new bike. Let the old man ride it once in a while. ::014::

Brilliant .... now can you do the that job on my lovely wife. When she said she was going to buy a new ride so that she didn't get bored when I went off on the bikes I got really excited ...... she went and bought another damn horse ??? :'(

Nice to have you with us Bullett ::008::

I forgot to send a big shout out to Firefight911, who sold me his Givi crash bars and put them in the mail yesterday. Phil Rocks! ::012:: ::012:: ::012::

Congrats!!! Have a great ride to Whitehorse.

I wish I could get my wife to take an interest in riding. I keep hinting (and I am not subtle) but she won't bite. Any tips?

I started riding when I was eight after I begged my Dad to let me ride his Honda 50 around the back yard like my older brother. He let me, and an addiction was born. ::001::

Have you decided if a lowering kit is needed yet?

Got the seat down as far as possible with a shave and bumper surgery. I can now get the front of both feet down, but not really the balls of my feet. I can one leg it without having to slide way off the seat. I see a lowering kit in the future.

I love the way this bike has such neutral handling once I'm underway!
