::026:: ::003::Fourteen months ago I bought my Super 10. At the same time I bought the Hepco & Becker Top Case (Explorer 45ltr.) and mount. Approx 3 weeks ago I noticed that the front lip on the top case was cracked. The S10 had not been dropped or the box had not been mishandled or overloaded. I contacted Off The Road,de, from who I bought the box. They asked for pictures of the damage . I sent the requested pictures and the next day I was told that Hepco & Becker would replace or repair the case. I then asked about the cost of me getting the case to Off The Road. (€70.00) Off The Road said that they would cover the cost of getting the repaired or replaced case back to me but as to covering the cost to get the case to them, that would be up to Hepco & Becker. I contacted Hepco & Becker and explained the cost involved in getting the case to Off The Road. They asked for proof of date of purchase and also a copy of the pictures. I sent these to them and within the hour Hepco & Becker informed me that they would send me a replacement top case FOC and that there was no need to return the original to them. I was also given the choice of which top case from their range I wanted. The new top case arrived on Friday Excellent customer service in my opinion. ::012:: ::012:: ::012:: ::012::
