I manage to purchase a used OEM Pannier luggage and the bracket set but the brackets were missing 2 parts, Item 1 and 2 as shown. (Seller forgot to remove these parts when he sold the bike). I do not have ready access to these brackets on another S10.
The important feature is the Thickness of these 2 parts (at the arrow locations) because it will set the correct spacing of the mounting pannier frame from the passenger footrest sub-frame. Would appreciate the info.
Stretching my luck, since I will be custom fabricating these 2 parts, it will be great too if there are additional measurements. I can design these in 3D CAD and get one of the machine shop to fabricate them. I could make it easy with just making a simple spacer but I think these brackets provide additional strength to the passenger foot rest sub-frame, so my opinion is that I better make something similar to the original.
