Hello, I'm Newbie Steve. I was looking at sport touring bikes, and wasn't pleased with any of them and a friend suggested that I consider an adventure touring bike. I tried several and had about given up, when the opportunity arose to test drive an ST. I instantly fell in love...exactly the bike I was searching for, and in my favorite color - Yamaha Blue!!! I've been reading the forum to get ideas on how to make an already great bike even better. Making a list and checking it twice...

Well, you either have to tell Mrs Santa soon, or just get the stuff yourself. Either way, it is best the Mrs. (if there is one) doesn't know the amount of $$ the Farkles can cost. Or, maybe you have one of the special ones who doesn't say anything. Enjoy and welcome to the madness.

Oh yea, I already have the bundle of joy in Blue in the garage... Mrs Scruge will baulk, and will humor me for a while, but if i go overboard with the "frakles" she'll hide the card...ugh BTW: the friend that suggested I buy it, sold his FJR1300 and bought a Black ST only days after he rode mine... He loves it!!! But you all knew that would happen once she bites you.
