Hello! New owner from florida! And a question about cct!

Hello,my name is marcelo and I bought a bike from a member here,a 2012 super 10. I took a plane to virginia from florida and i drove all 600 miles in the middle of the nite! Being young at 50 the trip was awesome! A litle colder that i like but what can I do! Now i have aquestion! I want to change the cct for a manual one, but i searched here and cant find any good do it yourself about it.can someone please direct me to any article about it? Thanks! Love the super 10!

Contact our Vendor Jaxon at RideOnAdv.com. He knows the tensioners pretty well. You may have a bike that has had the 'revised' version installed already. Was the previous owner able to answer that question for you?

What ever your answer is, is quite alright. Just gathering information for my own use as my ST ages.

Hey thanks for all the answers and congrats! The bike has 17k miles and half of the time makes a lot of chain noise for a few seconds on start. Look like is one of the few weak points on this bike. O maybe is me! Ja. I have a 05 range rover that has the same problem! I will probably need to use earplugs all the time!

Yep, that start up rattle is what you need to fix. You're on the right track.

yes I read it top to bottom but din't see a step by step with pictures, I do understand how to do it but was looking for basic information like: do I need to remove the gas tank? I didn't look yet what is the location of the cct, and was try to find out how to get to it, thanks for answering!
