Howdy, just picked up my new Super Tenere Wednesday, from Niehaus in Litchfield. Traded my 2010 Wing on it.

In 20 plus years of riding every type of motorcycle out there, in 3 days this has already become my favorite. Funnest bike ever!

Welcome to the Forum from Tennessee! Enjoy the new ride. Quite different than a Wing.

Welcome to the collective and congrats on your new bike! Lots of good info on everything you would want to know about the Tenere.

Meh, I am one of those crazy fools that will ride everday the roads are clear. Temp doesnt matter, as long as I can ride on the street, I will.

biglou, I'm with you. I love riding to work when it's in the 20's. Folk at work are ready to have me committed. Really looking forward to this year. I finally broke down and got heated gear. Can't wait to give them a real field test. Granted, temps in DFW don't drop like in your neck of the woods, but we still get our fair share of freezing temps. Remember the ice storm the weekend of the Superbowl a couple years back?
