That looks good. If there's a US source I'm inclined to try this with the stock seat. Just a tweak away from the original seat mod and I think I'll have cured all issues on that front.

Heated hands and heated buns...running out of room on the right fairing to fit stuff, so now I must mod carefully...

Heated seat really doesn't do much good. I have it on the goldwing because it came from Honda equipped with it. I wouldn't bother heating the seat otherwise. No real benefit. The rear is not what gets cold on a motorcycle.
Nice to know. I've seen some high end seats with heated option. I could be mistaken, but I think Corbin makes one. It was very expensive so I didn't look twice . Thanks

Hmmmm ... my arse gets cold in the winter and I will never buy another car without heated seats. I think I may combine this with a seat concepts and be done with it.

I would have to argue that...
I have heated seats on a couple of my bikes and love them. In freezing weather, I like my butt to stay warm, and it helps keep the hemorrhoids at bay. :(
There is nothing worse than being miserably cold while on a ride. You can't concentrate on what your doing because you are too busy shivering, thinking about how cold you are. Between my heated seat, grips, and vest, I'm a toasty rider in the coldest winter temps...

Ditto, I have a heated seat on my Road King and love it, really takes the edge off cold weather riding. Will be adding heat to the S10's seat.

I have a set of heated Sargent seats (front and back) and love them so far. But I admit I live in Florida and have not had them in any really cold weather yet. And they are not as warming as my heated liner or even close. What I do really like is that they, like the heated grips, are on the bike all the time. Many a morning I have headed out and found it to be a little colder than I expected or dressed for. :-[ That is when the heated grips and seat really come in handy. Any heat you can add to your body anywhere will make you warmer. Like warming your hands over a fire makes you less cold all over.
