I have had the hard start issue on my Tenere more times than I care to mention. Cousin has had it a few times with latest no start after siting two weeks. My last one was recently after sitting four days. Until a cause is found I think I am going to install a EFI cutoff switch on both of our bikes as that seems to be a better way of getting it started rather than grinding on the starter/battery for what seems like forever.
I have a question. Does anyone know if the fuel pressure is supposed to bleed off back into tank when key turned off. One thought I have is that it should bleed off and maybe some are not and sitting is allowing fuel to bleed by injectors puddling in intake.
