H&B sure do look nice on your ride. Any details you care to share on pricing, and how the bits installed?

Sure...I got them form capital, H&B St stuff is at this link http://secure.capitalcycle.com/Yamaha/products/120/

Water pump cover was $59.23
Skid was $374.33
Kardan Sleeve Protection $59.23
Kardan protection $213.22
Brake Fluid Reservoir Protection $45.80
Brake pedal extension $50.72
All of the items are of great quality and easily installed.

In case of Kardan, you have to undo the rear wheel nut, put a bracket there, put the nut back on and tighten to factory tq specs.
Then you have to undo 2 bottom cup nuts on that square piece of the drive shaft housing to the left of the rw nut.
put a bracket there, torque back the 2 cup nuts. Then attach the actual cover to brackets by using 4 screws.
Instructions were easy to follow pretty much on all of those pieces.

H&B skid plate will fit, if you use OEM filter and someone on the forum uses amsoil filter with it. Any other filter that is longer then OEM will cause fitment issues when you actually attach skid to brackets.

I have Altrider bars, so H&B wp cover would not fit with those bars. Or vise versa bars will not fit with the cover without some shaving off.
I attached a photo. See that wavy area of the altrider mount outlined in blue. That wavy stuff was the issue. H&B bar mounting area is straight and even. That took 20 min to cut out and even out and polish. So really not a big deal.
