Hello all,

I tripped on my way to buy a triumph tiger last weekend and fell into a totally touratech tricked 2012 tenere, so here I am. I took it to Brown Co Saturday and initial impression is fantastic. I'm coming off of a Buell Ulysses so my expectations for handling and stability in the corners are pretty high.

I'm completely displaced from the Hoosier State, but lived in Terre Haute and Greencastle for 10 years. Know well the fun blitzing along the River Road from Terre Haute down to Meron, or going taking the route down to Bloomington and thru Brown County. My current Texas Panhandle doesn't offer anything as fun, or colorful at this time of year.

Thanks everyone.

Yes Tom it was at Falcone. I hope it helps you out. Are you looking to get on a BMW?

I did not do much research on these bikes before pulling the trigger so I'm learning now. I knew that every review I had read was good and they seemed to be super reliable.

Hopefully that will get my girlfriend back into riding, the Buell wasn't very confidence inspiring on getting us back home every time.

Greetings from Texas! I am an ex-Hoosier as well. Grew up in Wabash/Fort Wayne. Folks still live there. I just don't get back as often as I'd like to.

:question:What do the different letters at the end of the model denote? Mine is a C, but I've noticed several different ones listed.

Welcome, sotipnomon! I think you will find the Super Tenere eminently reliable. It is just a great bike overall. As to your question about the letters at the end of the model, I have wondered about that too. I am not sure what the answer is. I assumed it had to do with the date of production, but I could be completely wrong about that.
