Hello all. I am taking the plunge into dual sport riding and considering a Super Tenere for the task. Happy to be a part of this community! Jeff
Thanks Bill. Funny that you mentiond Ride Adventures, I've seen them quite a few times at our local coffee, beer, moto shop.Welcome, Jeff. You're in a great place for it. I'm hoping to get back up into the Bend area this summer or early fall for some adventure riding.
You've got Ride Adventures (rideadv.com) right in your backyard. If you haven't checked them out, you should look them up. They do tours and even have self guided tours for the more adventurous (or introverted).
Welcome to the forum.

Thanks Sierra1. I'm not planning on anything to hard core off road. We have a lot of great dirt/gravel roads in the mountains and high desert nearby. Also, some amazing paved roads with not too much traffic and beautiful scenery!Welcome Jeff, from Texas. I can tell you she's fantastic on the street, my favorite ever. The closest off roading I've done is a graded dirt road.
Thanks. I'm looking seriously at a 2013 Super Tenere in Vancouver, Wa.Welcome from metro Seattle.
