Hello everyone! So I've been on this forum for over a year now, but this is my first time posting. I live in Richmond, VA, and I own a 2013 Yamaha Super Tenere. I bought this bike used in the Spring of 2017 with ~450 miles on it... so it basically a brand new old bike. Since then, I've added several parts, most of which you can see in the pictures attached.
I've ridden dirtbikes for many years, but it took a while to finally get a road bike. So far I've done mostly highway riding on this bike, but I have a desire to take it offroad. I've taken many trips up through Shenandoah National Park and down the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a few 5-6 hours trips to Pittsburgh and down to the Outer Banks. It's been a great bike for the 10,000 miles I've put on it so far. I'm looking to go further West and explore the trails of Monongahela National Forest and the George Washington and Jefferson National Forest, and maybe even take some road trips down South through Tennessee.
I have to give a lot of credit to all of you on here. This forum has been a valuable resource for any issues or questions I've had with the Super Tenere over the past two years. Thanks everyone!
