GPR catless header pipe

I saw a GPR catless header pipe on eBay in the uk! They said they will not send to the US! Has anyone ever tried one? I am worried about the arrow header leaking at the cylinder head. I am not sure why they didn't weld the upper collars on instead of using the springs! I am looking at gutting the stock header instead of using the arrow with the springs. ::022::

Whats the differense between AROW and GPR de-cat ... Exept that GPR is more expensive ?

The bolts on the head flang do not pull the header in to the head like the factory. They use springs to hold the head pipe in the head against the exhaust gaskets! The GPR and otr header both bolt on like the factory!
