Givi Trekker rear box pole mount

After seeing the video footage of those two youngsters doing the RTW Guiness Record I posted in Lounge (thanks moderator for moving it, my bad), I thought I'd like to mount a camera similarly high up behind the bike to give a better view.
Does antone know how to mount such a pole?
