hi there only had new tenere 3 weeks as i have a givi 52l topbox bought givi alloy rack but the top box to close for wife to sit properly do any other racks give more room? any help please

I don't have a Givi rack to compare it to but the Southwest Motech steel rack seems to leave plenty of room for my passenger.

I have a givi top rack (Givi SR371) with an E55 maxia case. With that combo, the top case doesn't overlap on top of the passenger seat and my passenger has enough space.

I have an E55 Maxia on an Altrider rack, and my wife loves it as a backrest.

thanks for yhe replys guys looks like i am going to sell the givi sra2101 rack . had a look at some photos on this site and the altrider rack looks to leave more room between seat and box. many thanks ovi

Another point - we tried the optional Givi backrest on the Maxia - wife didn't like that, it crowded her in. She wears a jacket with a back protector so the optional backrest was unnecessary anyway.
