Just ordered a Kappa K-Adventure 42lt top case (same as Givi Trekker Outback) for my '15 S10. I'm looking to add a brake light kit. I've searched a lot of sites and can only find light kits for "regular" top cases - not the squared adventure style cases.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a brake light kit?

When I had a 52L Maxxia on my first Tenere I slipped a set of LED lights in behind the red lens. Somehow I ended up with two sets of the male/female Givi plugs which go in the bottom and am pretty sure I still have one. It's the two parts on the left of the mfg photo shown below. No LEDs or the blue connectors, but you can get those anywhere.

pm me if you want the set (assuming I can find it) and you can PayPal whatever they are worth to you.

Thanks for the reply. I had a 52L on my old V-Strom with the same brake light kit (I think). The K-Adventure case does not have any lenses like your case, they're a squared aluminium case. I'm after a brake light kit that would need to attach to the outside surface of the case.

I can't say I like the Givi kit for the standard boxes TBH, but without something like that, you will be unplugging a connector every time you remove the Top Box. Could get annoying & easy to rip out the wiring if you forget.

The only other thought is a remote LED set up - for instance they make them to stick on the back of the rider's helmet. Powered from a small battery, these use a transmitter on the bike to show the brakelights (4xLEDs) & indicators(2xLEDs) on the helmet. I think they are still available on Amazon, although a more fullsome LED array would be preferable.
