Yes it will but:-

1 You have to remove all the metal windscreen rack so that the Givi will be attached to mounting brackets attached to the bike

2 You will need to use 2 small spacers on the lower mounting bolts (about 1cm)

3 I'm not sure if the 2nd gen winglets will fit with this set up but the 1st gen winglets will

I have this set up on my bike (2nd Gen) and really like it.
