Since I find the S10 easy to raise onto the center stand, I was tempted to go out to the garage and try to do it while mounted.

But as I looked at it (in my slippers!), I came to my senses. I may or may not succeed, may or may not damage me or the bike, but I have no reason to do that now or later.

Always dismount with the sidestand down, get good at stepping on the left footpeg to dismount, and put it on the center stand the normal way.

Eeeew, you said the "B" word.
I rented a F750GS in Spain this year, and have to say it was magnificent in many ways and I was beginning to envy it.

But then I remembered last year where I rented a F700GS, accidentally shorted the Powerlet outlet and the entire bike was disabled (main fuse).

Same, but I 'stand' on the arm part of the stand so that my full bodyweight is on the stand while dismounting, just in case I do not have enough lean angle, also stops the bike from moving under me.

What do you do at tire change time?
There's a well used small compressor and plug kit in the top box. I also have AMA towing if really needed but so far have only had to use it once with an older truck.
Actual tire changes are done in the garage with a jack under the skid plate or hanging from a ring in the ceiling. If I REALLY had to change a tire away from home I'd just lay the bike on it's side, especially due to the trailer hitch.

Sounds like a hernia in the making to me.
Nah!! That's after you drop it over and have to hump it back up.
But the embarrassment adrenaline kicks in and as you pull up on the bike with your teeth firmly biting your lower lip nostrils flared as the words "You Effing heavy bastard" slips out between them.

Same with me 6'3" 32" inseam...
Orangutan rider.
I was in Ouray once and saw this little dude climbing off a BMW GS 800 in front of the Outlaw Restaurant.
He looked like a little kid with full dirt gear on covered in mud.

Hell at 155lbs it is all I can do to get in the stand when off the bike.
Always use left peg to mount and dismount

Unfortunately I'm 2 of you and then some. How much will that left peg hold? I worry even more about the side stand. I know it's already holding a heavy bike.

didn't/doesn't the Gold Wing have some sort of electric motor on their centre stand...

I have a memory of helping a smaller rider push his towards the air pump at a filling station in Idaho Falls
and poof it was on its stand. Wasn't important at the time to chat as Craters of the Moon NM was calling.....
