Gen 1 speedometer unit movement

Is this normal? (gif below) While driving no movement but when wiggling it moves. Checked fasteners underneath and they where OK.
Designed to move i guess!? Can Gen 1 owners check there units and report back

It's fastend underneth with 3 screws through rubber gromets to dampen the vibes.
