I've got a 2012 Super Tenere that I'm going to part with, because I don't get enough chances to ride it. It's got 8048 miles at this moment. It got a new battery last year, and the oil was recently changed. It has Metzeler Karoo 3s that probably have about 1500 miles on them. I just noticed while taking pictures that they still have the outmost nubs on them. I have the original tires in the basement, they have tread left but are a bit squared off. The bike has been on some seasonal roads and some mild doubletrack, but never been down, in the dirt or on the pavement. It has the YES warranty. I think it lasts until August of this year (the bike was purchased in August of 2012).
Some upgrades:
Factory luggage system (side and top cases, matched to ignition key)
Altrider crash bars
Altrider skid plate
Heat Demon heated grip kit
Parabellum wind shield
Seat concepts replacement seat foam
There are some scuffs. I don't have tank protectors on it, I tried to capture the marks on the tank in a picture. There are also some marks on the side plastic from replacing the battery without removing the crash guards. The ignition switch sticks (when you put the key in, it requires some jiggling to get it to turn).
Pictures attached. I purposely didn't clean it, although looking at the picture of the tank, maybe I should have.
It has some garage dust from being stored over the winter on it.
Price reduced to $8200. Thanks for looking.
