My rear brake light has been reacting less and less to the front brake lever and it’s time I do something about it, but first i’d like some advice done the wise gentlemen on this forum.
I can tell that it’s a connection issue and not the brake switch itself as when I fiddle around with the connections (which seem quite loose) the rear brake will react.
I planned to remove the connections from the switch to see if there were signs of corrosion, clean the metal contact areas and reassemble, but the connections are stuck to the switch.
Before applying even more force and perhaps damaging some of the plastic components I thought I would ask if anyone had any experience with this and could share their thoughts.
I’ve attached a picture for reference.
Thank you!
