Front and rear spoke measurements

Hi all,

I want to order up a new set of stainless spokes for both front and rear, seen that Hagon-Shocks here in the UK can do this based on what others have said but after speaking to them they seem to have no records of measurements for the XT1200. I can't send the wheels in because I need the bike everyday and wanted to do the job myself.

Does anyone have any official measurements for the spokes anywhere that they can use? Or perhaps an old order they could review? They said they will check their previous orders but i'm not holding my breath.

Any help is much obliged :)

Hi,
Hagon rebuilt my 2013 wheels with stainless 2 years ago, i ride all year as well and the wheels are like new fantastic, surprised at that tho the guy that built my wheels had done 3 sets before mine and had spokes ready to hand, as he built them the same day he got them.

make sure you loctite the spokes tho, my rear wheel went back to them quickly , it came loose after a few rides, they were great tho they paid for collection rebuilt it and loctited it and has been good since.

Decided to go with Off Road in Germany, as they seem to have everything premade and were helpful over email.

I'll be fitting it all myself, a local firm to me weren't very helpful which pushed me down this route a bit. Hagon didn't seem to be able to fabricate anything without my wheels/spokes in front of them, which sort of makes sense if they have never done it before but I can't spare time to send them my wheels!
