I have all 3 pieces + the pannier mounts. There are some slight scuffs on the bottom of the left bag (see pics) and a couple of very small dings. No issues with latches or mounts. Comes with keys and matching locks, or install your keyed cylinders. $800 for everything. Can ship at buyers expense, or pickup in person. Located in Terre Haute, Indiana. Will consider an RDL as partial trade.
