ALL SOLD!

I bought this for my ex-Tenere, but I hit a cow and destroyed it before I ever got to install it. This is an OEM shock with a Hyperco 1100 pound spring on it. If you ride 2-up, or for whatever other reason you have to have your preload turned all the way up just to get close on sag, this is a great inexpensive way to get much better suspension performance. The springs alone are from $80-$100 plus shipping when bought new. I live in Hartsville, TN, which is about 50 miles East/Northeast of Nashville. If you want to come here, it's $180. If you want me to ship it, it's $210 anywhere in CONUS.

NOTE: Bonus Tenere goodies are available for pennies on the dollar! I have several windscreens including a Givi Airflow, at least one Puig touring, an OEM, and at least 2 more I'm pretty sure. I've also got several rear seat rack/rear luggage rack combos; can't even remember which. I know I have at least one if not 2 AltRider rear racks, and one matching AltRider passenger seat rack (the one that replaces the seat). If you come here, and you're willing to take all of the Tenere stuff off my hands, you can have all of it for $150 extra...but you have to take it all :)

I mention this because a) I'm never going to bother selling and shipping that stuff on its own, so this is a great way to have a win/win (it's out of my garage, and you get it to use or sell for a massive discount), and b) of course you'd need to be in a car or truck for this, as it's not practical to carry multiple windshields and racks on your bike.

Oh, and this is a 12-13 shock...I _think_ it would work on any non-ES bike, but I don't know that for a fact.

Let me know...thanks!

Ok. So, it’s 5:30PM in CA and I’m not ashamed to say I’ve had a little too much wine so math and general comprehension isn’t in the cards right now. How much for everything shipped to 94954?

It's ok, I sympathize! :) There is no 'everything shipped' option. The shock is $210 shipped. The other stuff is pick-up only. I might consider packing up the various rack stuff and shipping that if someone wanted it badly enough, but windshields are waaay too much of a hassle.

I'll get all that rack stuff together and photograph it soon. I really want to sell all of that stuff as one lot, because I can't be 100% certain which bolts go with what, etc. I'll get that stuff together soon...

Fair enough friend. I’m interested in the shock, a stock screen that I can butcher, and a heavy duty rack that replaces the stock passenger seat rack. No need to worry about bolts and crap. I’m pretty good at figuring that stuff out :)

Hi there Involute! I think the other stuff is sold, but it is possible that the buyer won't care about a stock screen. I'll ask and we'll figure it out.

If I can wrangle it away from the other guy, I'd go $250 shipped for the shock and the stock screen. Let me know, and I'll update here shortly.

Ok I think all of the stuff is spoken for.

Got yer monies Mr. Involute! I lived in the SFBA in the early 90's...moved there shortly after the quake. In those young and foolish times I was a Sunday Morning Ride regular. I loved it out there...would have never left, but for a girl in Pittsburgh.

Alas the affections of a sweet Bonnie Las makes us all somewhat foolish.

Catching up on Game of Thrones right now, yet with a Sonoma County buzz, hence the corny BS :)
