Hello - new guy from Black Hawk, Colorado here.
Currently a GS rider but looking to move over to a Tenere next Spring.
Also ride a Honda XR650R and a couple of Ducs

The only question I have is why did it take me so long to realize that the GS was a colossal piece of crap? ::013::
Seriously though, it has proven to be expensive and just not that great of a bike. Looking forward to a change.

Also, cycle trader had tons of s10s. Picked up my '12 with hand warmers, givi bars, and stock cases in july for 6500 with 25xxx miles.

welcome aboard sir! one major thing that you'll different from the GS is the grunt of the 270' degree firing order of the Twin Cylinder..

As long as you have a Gen2 S10 ::013::

1st Generation (before 2014) sometimes have hard start issues - not all but some.

Gen1 guys starting to ::002:: me in 3...2...1...
