Five years old today

Picked my blue '12 on 08-08-11, my white '13 on 03-15-13, and my matte gray '13 on 11-05-15. 66,000 miles total riding all three bikes.

Still have mine I picked up 7/26/11. Just passed the 20,000 mile mark which for me is more than any other bike I've owned. Still a great bike.

Late to post as I have been away for too long. I still have my pre-order 2012 and still love it. I have added a fj09 to the stable which is entertaining. No plans to get rid of my tenere. only 15,000 miles and a lot of life left.

Late as well, first week of August 2011. It's not Impact Blue any more, bought a set of charcoal take-offs. Heavy rear spring, PSP reworked forks, new tensioner, a couple small leaks, and 61,000 miles. Shear pleasure to ride. ::008::

I am just outside the door of entering the Preorder Club. Got mine in August of 2012 but it was originally purchased by the owner of my dealership. He rode it to Florida and then sold it to me. It has 38,000 mlies on it and may very well be the last bike I buy.
I will sit quietly outside the club house and whine. :'(

Still have my black one that I purchased in November 2011. Turned over 68,000 miles yesterday. Has been a great bike.

Tenere 5 years in Aug but a 14 y.o. junker has stolen my heart. S10 gets lonely sometimes. Had it sold once. Prior to sale I spent some time on it and upon cleaning it up nicely, stood back and took a look, couldn't do it.

I barely missed the pre-order too. But shortly it will be 5 years.

I will never forget watching the 'Urban Tenere' video for the first time and I was hooked. Purchased my dealers pre order demo model with 115 miles on it. Been riding it like that video ever since.

One thing I can always count on is that Snowflake requires a steady stream of time and love. I keep tellin' her that her days are numbered if she doesn't straighten up. She just smiles demurely and : Junker any way ya turn it.
