Fitted Madstad Screen Bracket

Installation was easy but I may need another screen. The bike came with a VStream which has the usual side cut outs as VStreams do. At anything above 65mph I notice a lot of air coming around the sides of the screen. I spent a good couple of hours riding and adjusting yesterday and found a good screen position for highway cruising. But, maybe a new screen is needed.

I have found the Madstad designed screens work best with their brackets. They have the secret to making it all work!

Do you have the winglettes on as well? They will deflect air from the bottom coming around the lower side of the screen.

Yes, I have the winglets, but I think the VStream is cut out so much on the sides it lets too much air around it. My head is in a bubble of still air but my shoulders and lower chest have a lot of wind hitting them.
