I know. Most disco was absolute crap. I was more into James Brown and funk. The album was my Bruv's. It was funky disco and only had a couple of reasonable tracks, but I used to chase my hand around the room (C'mere You!) to the pic :D. I was a bit of a magpie around that time as I love dancing and used to go challenge club dancers with my friend Grant Santino (winner of the 1978 disco dancing finals). Then, away from the clubs I had many punk friends, who I also hung out with and loved the music. I was never into heavy metal but liked rock, soul, jazz, funk, punk, some new wave, reggae (which I DJ here in Manila), etc.

I remember Grant Santino.

We used to go to the Lyceum Ballroom in The Stand London that was a big night. Also Zero 6 in Canvey Island. Lots of crumpet about.
