What would be a fair dealer price for an ES 2017 brand new?
Also a 2018 ES demo with almost 8000 miles?
I live in Arkansas if that matters. Thanks!

13-14k out the door

Depends on many factors. I got my '17 ES for $15k, in the first week of '17. So, I would THINK less than $13-$14K. But, maybe I'm just a pessimist, isn't 8K "demo" miles on a bike that many people don't even know about, high. Sounds like somebody "demoed" it around the country. My dealer had an MT-10 that was a demo/loaner, and it had less than 1k miles.

I'd estimate the 2017 ES should be $13k or so. 2 years ago I picked up a brand new 2015 ES for $12,500 near Pittsburgh, so two years later it would be the equivalent of picking up a '17 model (and as far as I know there haven't been any significant updates or improvements).
I did purchase my bike during the middle of the winter so the dealer was motivated to make a sale during a very quiet time of the year.
